  • “Producers” refers to farmers and growers who register to list and sell produce.

  • “Products” refers to any fruits, vegetables, herbs, or other goods offered for sale on the Service.

  • “Order” means your request to purchase Products through the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  2. Account. To place Orders you must register for an account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; and (c) keep your password and account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Product Listings & Orders

  1. Listings. Producers set their own pricing, descriptions, and availability. Goslint does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing; however, we reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our discretion.

  2. Placing Orders. When you place an Order, you offer to purchase the selected Products subject to these Terms. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Producer. We will notify you of confirmation via email or within your account.

  3. Order Cancellation. You may cancel an Order prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible; in such cases, refer to our Refund & Returns policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices. All prices are displayed in your local currency and include any applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect Orders already confirmed.

  2. Payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other payment methods listed on our site. Payment is processed at the time you place your Order. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.

  3. Fees. A small service fee and/or delivery fee may apply per Order. Any fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm your purchase.

5. Delivery & Logistics

  1. Delivery Service. Goslint partners with local delivery providers to fulfill Orders. We strive to deliver within the timeframe indicated at checkout (typically within 24 hours), but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  2. Delivery Issues. If your Order is delayed, damaged, or missing items, please contact customer support within 24 hours of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.

6. Refunds & Returns

  1. Freshness Guarantee. We guarantee that Products arrive fresh and undamaged. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Refunds. Subject to verification, we will issue a refund, replacement, or credit at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation or servers.

  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

  • Engage in harassing, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other Users or Producers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, code, etc.) is the property of Goslint or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. No Warranties. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

  2. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goslint (and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goslint, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misconduct. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Service or email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
